Carnival begins

After the race, the fun and exciting carnival would start, which includes newly emerged sports and a family chill zone for children and their guardians to enjoy the day. Don't forget to take a photo with Leo the Lion.


What is in my RBC Race for the Kids Race Pack?

Inside your RBC Race for the Kids Race Pack you will find:

  1. A running t-shirt. All participants are requested to wear the t-shirt during the event.
  2. Event handbook (E-version)
  3. Bib with timing chip (For Timed Race participants) or Bib (For Family Group participants)
  4. Safety pins
  5. Baggage bag
  6. Baggage Tag

**On the event day, please make sure that you bring your bib, timing chip (runners only), safety pins and baggage tag. No replacement will be given on the event day. Runners without bib and timing chip will be disqualified.

When you enroll, you will be asked to put down your T-shirt size. We will do our best to provide the requested size, but it depends on stock storage.

Official Timing System

A timing system is adopted in the race to provide a timing service and result to 5km Timed RBC Race for the Kids event only. Participants can keep this as a souvenir after the race.

How to put on a bib?

  1. The timing chip is integrated into the bib.
  2. Attach the bib onto your chest with 4 safety pins and number facing outside.
  3. Participants are advised to write down their own personal information, emergency contact person's name and telephone number at the back of the Number Cloth for emergency.


  1. Do not fold the Bib Tag.
  2. Timed race participants must step on the timing mats placed at the starting, turning and finishing points.
  3. In case of incorrectly wearing the Bib Tags, purposely damaging the Bib Tags, or not stepping on the timing mats, times might not be detected and no results will be provided.


Baggage Storage Service 


Participants who require baggage storage service should complete the procedures before the corresponding assembly time.

Participants must use the baggage bag and baggage tag provided in the Participant's Pack. No additional baggage bag or baggage tag will be provided on the event day.

Please do not bring or store any valuable items on the event day. The organizer, sponsors and supporting organizations will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

Please bring your bib to the baggage storage area for baggage collection after the race.


Finishing medal

All finishers will receive a medal after the race.
